Russia has 180,000 millionaire households, ranked 13th in world

Russia ranks 13th among countries that had households having more than $1 million of assets in 2012, according to the Global Wealth 2013 report by Boston Consulting Group (BСG). The country had 180,000 such households, while they amount to 13.8 million globally, or 0.9 per cent of all households. The US was first with 5.9 million such households, followed by Japan (1.5 million and China (1.3 million). Invested assets, real estate and luxury goods were taken into account.
